Service Charge Change for Credit/Debit Card Payments
BLP customers who pay their electric bills with a credit or debit card, please note - our service charges have changed and are now based on the amount of your payment. In addition, there is no longer a maximum cap on the amount of your payment. Automatic payment by checking or savings account continues to have zero charge.
