The Grand Haven Board of Light & Power is seeking a detailed-oriented individual with effective communication/interpersonal skills to join our team.
You will record and process AP, payroll, miscellaneous billing and related data as well as perform basic Customer Account Rep and administrative support duties. Additionally, you will prepare accounting reports demonstrating impeccable accuracy at all times.
An Associate degree with a major in Accounting is required. 2 years experience in bookkeeping and administrative support or equivalent combination of training and experience also needed. Must be familiar with accounting and office practices/procedures along with prescribed accounting codes and classifications.
